Melissa Holthaus is the Director, Benefits at H&R Block. In her role, Melissa is responsible for the company’s benefits programs, ensuring that they meet the unique need of the associates, support associates in attaining and maintaining healthy physical and mental health, and are communicated in a simple to understand and engaging way.
Holthaus brings a diverse portfolio of HR expertise. For over fifteen years, she has held multiple roles in total rewards, including broad based compensation, executive compensation and benefits. With each role, focusing on the associate experience, market competitiveness, optimizing technology and engaging communications. She has been with H&R Block for four years and prior to joining H&R Block, was the Director, Compensation and Benefits for CommunityAmerica Credit Union, one of the nation’s largest credit unions.
Holthaus is a certified compensation professional (CCP) and holds a Bachelors from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
CPE: 1.5 hours will be available.
Cost to attend: No charge, but we ask everyone to be responsible for their own meal costs.
