1 hr Ethics

Social injustice has risen to become a global concern of organizational leadership. Therefore, now, more than ever, is the time to bring ethics and diversity and inclusion initiatives to the forefront of organizations; which can be led by Management accounting professionals. What is the necessary framework to measure this change for the organization? How do we bridge the investment in the company’s Ethics program together with the D&I program to further enhance the company’s social responsibilities? In this session, you will learn how to identify and resolve Ethics and D&I issues using the five W's and other tools, and how to become a valued ally to properly support these initiatives within your organization.
